Wendy has called Lafayette home her entire adult life, and her love for this community is at the heart of PMI Lafayette. As owner and President, she leads our team in providing full-service residential, commercial, and realty management to property owners and tenants across Lafayette, Frankfort, Clinton County, and the surrounding areas.
Known for her animated, bubbly personality, Wendy is smart, confident, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for what she does. She believes great property management is built on relationships, which is why you’ll often find her out in the community networking and meeting new people.
Away from the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her son, reading a good book, loving on her cats, and sharing conversation and crafts with her family.
Originally from the Lafayette area, Katie is the first point of contact for our residents, and she loves finding ways to make their experience the best it can be. She takes pride in keeping things fair and consistent, and she’s always happy to hear feedback and new ideas. Her passion is making things better for the people who call our properties home.
Outside of work, you’ll find Katie spending time with friends, exploring a street festival, or hunting down a good deal at a record or thrift shop. She’s a huge fan of all things fall and Halloween, and she shares her home with three senior cats. Her favorite place in the world is Sedona, Arizona!
As our Leasing Consultant, Cayce is always out and about, helping people find homes that fit their needs. A Lafayette native, he grew up near Jefferson High School, where he ran track and cross country. He went on to Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, where he earned a degree in business administration, and was a two-time All-American in track and cross country.
After college, Cayce found real joy in helping people through the housing search and being a resource for anyone who needs a hand finding a place to call home. In his free time, you’ll find him jogging around the community or tackling odd jobs to keep his hands busy.
